RouXbarbeque, one of Knoxville's newest restaurants, offers cajun creole cuisine. The menu includes Gumbo of the Day, vegetarian bumgo, brunswick stew, smoked chicken wings, fried pickles, bbq bologna sliders, andouille corn dogs, and pan roasted oysters for starters.
Choose from a variety of salads, sides, and sandwiches. Barbeque specialties are pork spare ribs, lamb ribs, brisket, sausage, lamb, tofu, and veggies.
