About Chef Mike 

Chef Michael Hayes reigns from a little town of 199 people in Central Virginia and has been in the Knoxville area off and on for the past four years spreading his culinary cheer and we are proud to have him showcase his talents here at Bullfeather’s Karaoke Café.

Michael has been in the business for over twenty years and focuses his culinary creations on his love of all different types of regional cooking which always showcases his fusion of flavors, classical cooking techniques and his passion for good ol’ down home Southern Cooking, thus the concept for Cravings Café.

Michael is planning on unifying Cravings Café with his personal chef service “Your Craving Is My Command” and spreading his love for good food, fun and friends.

Among some of Michael’s accolades is that he was one of six chefs from the United States and one of twenty-six internationally chosen to participate in the International Gourmet Festival in Puerto Vallarta in 2004. Michael is the co-founder of RestaurantEdge.com one of the largest information portals for the hospitality industry on the internet.  Chef Mike has dazzled dignitaries grom GW to Willie Nelson, operates his own personal chef service and is an internationally published food writer and just your happy little food nut.
