The Irish Times Pub & Restaurant is the first authentic Irish Pub in the greater Knoxville area. It has been a family run business since it opened at the end of 2006 in Turkey Creek.
Owners Jon and Rachel Ferrie are both Irish and English. They teamed up with Executive Chef Rafael (Rocco) Soto in South Florida at their previous Irish restaurant. They have worked together for numerous years before moving to Knoxville. And it was here in Knoxville where they met up with General Manager, Colm Doyle a fellow Irishman; Assistant Manager, Kris Johnson from East Tennessee and Head Chef Wayne Crump.
