Chez Liberty is a unique dining experience without the ordeal of dress, time, planning, or wait, with a menu that is gripping, fresh, seasonal, and diverse.
We have a fusion kitchen with new menus weekly depending on what's in season. We are a farm-to-table establishment using super fresh ingredients and the highest quality meats and seafoods available. We have a full bar with lots of wine and scotches.
Executive Chef, Simon Hall, is a native of Knoxville and a graduate of Webb School of Knoxville. He earned his culinary arts degree at The New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont.
