Archer's BBQ is a casual bbq restaurant serving all your favorite bbq items.
Specialty items on the menu include
Brisket & Beer Chili, fresh fried green tomatoes, Southern greens, pimento cheese grilled on Texas toast, and fried green BLT.
You can also order up a fried catfish Po' Boy sandwich, smoked chicken salad on grilled Texas toast, and Tennessee cheesesteak (smoked brisket on a hoagie bun with grilled onions and melted Pepper Jack cheese.
Memphis style baby back ribs, beef brisket, southern fried catfish, and slow smoke pulled pork are also on the menu.
